Delicakes Marite Supplies is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except as required by law. Please read our policy below for more details.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Edible products such as fondant, vegetable tints, fillings, and chocolate
  • Custom or special orders
  • Packaging and boxes
  • Deco and artistic supplies
  • Single-serve desserts

Exceptions We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Store1@delicakesmarite.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for the replacement process.
